Richard Meloff

Richard Meloff is a Managing Director at Ubequity Capital Partners.  He holds a BA (Honours) from McGill University and a JD and MBA from the University of Toronto Faculty of Law and Rotman School of Management.  Richard currently serves as a Director for Two-West Wind & Solar.  Before joining Ubequity, he served in various corporate development capacities at two large, publicly-traded companies. Prior to this, Richard practiced corporate law in New York City, focusing on public M&A and complex strategic sourcing transactions. Active in political and community affairs, Richard spent time in Washington, DC as a policy analyst and sits on the board of several charitable organizations.
