Laura Young holds a B.Comm from Trent University and a LL.B. from Osgoode Hall. Before joining Ubequity, Laura practiced law for more than a decade at a National law firm and was managing partner at a leading litigation boutique firm which she co-founded. She specialized in intellectual property, and commercial and securities litigation. Laura is a skilled advocate and tactician. She is execution oriented and regularly serves as project manager for Ubequity merchant banking and investment banking opportunities.
