Karl Wohler

EVP, Commodities Group & Principal, Ubequity Capital

Karl Wohler has thirty years experience in operations management, finance, consulting, investment banking and entrepreneurship.  Mr. Wohler was an executive at Polaroid in chemical manufacturing and product development.  As a strategy and business development consultant at Real Time Strategy, LLC, he provided growth strategy consulting and M&A advisory support to Chargeurs, a French manufacturing conglomerate and to DuPont’s global polyester manufacturing business.  At Aquetong Capital Advisors, he developed a divestiture and privatization plan for a $300M division of Philips Electronics– North America.  Mr. Wohler was the CEO of a two middle market consumer products companies and managed the corporate development office at Bowne & Co. 

Karl is a trustee of the Walpole Computer Foundation, a non-profit that supports computer literacy in education.  Karl holds an MBA from Babson College and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.  

Karl is based in New York and is a member of the physical commodities trading team and the natural resources investment banking group.
