Jo Makous
Jo Ann Brady Makous has been a licensed attorney and a member of the California Bar Association since 1990. She completed her undergraduate degree at The American University in Washington D.C. and received her Juris Doctorate at Southwestern University of Law.
Over the past 20 years Jo has become a seasoned transactional attorney and negotiator. She brings to Ubequity an ability to prepare and finalize all contractual instruments necessary to seamlessly effectuate physical commodity transactions from start to finish.
Jo draws from her experience with known and credible suppliers, well established buyers and reliable and consistent financiers to effectively control all aspects of the trading relationships necessary to successfully close transactions.
Jo lives in Los Angeles, California. She is the mother of three grown daughters. She and her husband are benefactors for a non-profit K-12 school in San Juan Del Sur, Nicaragua, where her family spends several weeks each year.
