Ubequity Specialty Finance Corp. (“USFC”), an affiliate organization of Ubequity Capital Partners, recognizes that the auto and equipment sectors in Canada have been underserviced. Securitization funding is available to well established companies with giant balance sheets and large portfolios and very high cost venture capital is available to early stage companies, but there doesn’t seem to be any options for those in the middle.
USFC levels the playing field in Canada by providing securitization and asset-based financing for well managed auto and equipment finance companies that have a proven track record of success, but do not necessarily have strong capitalization and large portfolios. This is based on the fundamental philosophy that the strength of company resides in a great management team and consistent performance of the assets, not the size of the balance sheet and the size of the portfolio. USFC also takes the time to understand your business to provide a flexible financing solution that works for you.
For those companies that have established senior financing facilities, USFC is able to arrange sub debt and equity financing to further capitalize your business. We are able to provide this financing through our extensive network of lenders in North America and Europe. This junior capital can be leveraged to grow your senior financing facilities or used to meet working capital requirements.
