AgriMarine Inc. has developed a proprietary, commercially scalable, environmentally sustainable, solid-wall containment flow-through fish farm system. Having confirmed the viability of raising healthy salmon in a land-based, solid-wall containment system in a four-year trial period at Cedar, British Columbia ("B.C."), AgriMarine is partnering with the Middle Bay Sustainable Aquaculture Institute, the Gordon & Betty Moore Foundation and various foundations to design a floating solid-wall tank system for its Middle Bay demonstration facility in Campbell River, B.C. AgriMarine plans to integrate all aspects of sustainable salmon production in conjunction with their closed rearing system technology, from providing fish stock, through to consumer markets in an ecologically sound production, to satisfy the increasing market demand. With success from its Middle Bay facility, the Company is planning to explore the installment of the systems and implementation of its business model worldwide, initially focusing on China as the primary market. In June, 2009, AgriMarine began trading on the TSX Venture Exchange under the symbol "FSH".
